Shipping
We pride ourselves on our speed and focus. We aim to get your items delivered as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24 to 72 hours - excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once an order has shipped an email with a tracking number will be emailed to the email on file. Be sure to check your junk folder as some automated messages may go there.

Free 30-Day Exchange Policy
You can exchange your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. Exchanges within the U.S. qualify for free return shipping.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Please ensure the following before returning/exchanging items:
Unused and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
Include Battery and Charger: Items must be returned with their batteries and chargers included.
Saleable Condition: Returned items should be in saleable condition. Items with pet hair, smoke, heavy perfumes/colognes, or any other signs of damage will not be refunded.
Original Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition you’d be happy to receive from us.
RMA Requirement: The Return Confirmation or RMA must be marked clearly on the outside of the package.
Refunds and Return Shipping
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless you opted into our “Free Returns and Exchanges” add-on at the time of purchase. However, you may purchase a discounted return label through our Returns Portal.
Unsellable Condition: Any items returned that are not in saleable condition will be returned to the customer and not refunded.
Free Gift with Purchase
If the original order included a free gift with purchase, the regular price of the free gift may be deducted from the refunded amount unless the free gift is also returned in its original condition.

Warranty
Limited Warranty
New Items for clothing and gears of orders placed on outdoorlitegear.com include a complimentary 1-year limited warranty on batteries.
Open-box items are change-of-mind or wrong-size returns from our customers. All the open-box items are in unworn and good functioning condition with a stringent quality control procedure. We also include coverage for any defects or malfunctions of the electronic components and the batteries for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Warranty
If you know the purchaser's name, email and order number, you can enjoy the same warranty as the purchaser does. To claim your warranty, you can directly fill in the Warranty Claim Form below with the purchase information.
If you don't know the original order information, please find the care label (as shown on picture below) and use this number as your order ID to register warranty HERE to enjoy 1-year warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
Wear & tear of the garment, such as fabric, zippers and other accessories are not covered under warranty. Under no circumstances will be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including water damage) resulting from the product, whether or not the product is found to be covered by this warranty. Damage to the heating system and parts resulting from misuse, not following washing instructions, flood, accidental fire, unauthorized service or negligence as outlined herein will void the warranty. This warranty does not cover commercial use.
Personal customization that are not authorized/made by us, like embroidery or cutting on the heated clothing, should void the warranty.
How to Claim
The decision to repair, replace or provide a store credit for the retail price of a product under warranty shall be taken by LITE. You may need to mail-in the product during the warranty period. You shall cover the shipping fees for the return and the replacement.
To proceed with a claim, please fill in the form for warranty claim below. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. If you do not receive an email from us within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or simply reach out by phone at 1 (650) 399-6776 (9am to 6pm WST, Monday to Friday).
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.outdoorlitegear.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
