Shipping

For customers in the United States, we have warehouses on both the East and West Coasts, ensuring fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

1. U.S. Domestic Orders
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.

2. International Orders
Due to varying customs and shipping conditions, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

We will work with you to resolve the issue either by a refund or replacement (case-by-case basis).

You can also visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

2. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
