1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following delivery options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and selected shipping speed:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Next-Day Shipping: Available in select areas for urgent orders (business day delivery only)

🚨 Please note: Shipping times may be affected during sales events or holidays.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $299. This will be applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track the status of your shipment at any time using the provided link.

5. Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us. While we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, we’re happy to assist in resolving the issue.

6. Address Changes

Need to update your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change.

⚠️ We are unable to change the address once the shipment is in transit.

7. Returns & Shipping Costs

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. For full return instructions, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or a product defect.
