🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be included.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused.
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible:

Items must be in new condition, with tags attached.

We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the original.
📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at outdoorlitegear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

We’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
💳 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is approved.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
