Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at OutdoorLiteGear! We want you to love your gear, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in new condition, with tags attached.

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the original.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at outdoorlitegear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is approved.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
